Lynchburg Region Incentives
The Lynchburg Region will work with new and existing companies to develop incentive packages for added jobs and investment. Incentive packages are created through partnerships with the Virginia Economic Development Partnership and the selected locality. All incentives are offered based on the anticipated capital investment and jobs created.
We are proud to be a part of the State of Virginia’s Top Ranked Business Incentive Program.
Each locality in Lynchburg Region will consider:
- Discussing the possibility of a write-down on the land value for publicly-owned property (requires performance-based commitment).
- Helping expedite government assistance.
- Helping coordinate state and local assistance.
- Helping connect you with direction for incentives, loans, employment/job training, and other programs.
- Offering guidance in permit and regulatory processes.
- Offering assistance with utility fees (requires a performance based commitment agreement).
